Date: 31-03-2016Trent’s subsidiary -- Westland has incorporated a subsidiary company namely, Westland Publications on March 30, 2016. Westland holds 99.99% of the equity share capital of Westland Publications.
Trent is part of the Tata Group and is engaged in business of retailing. Trent acquired 76% stake in Landmark, one of the largest books and music retail chains in the India.
