Natco Pharma has received its board's approval for the sale of Save Mart Pharmacy Stores located in USA, which is a non-core business of the Company. The Save Mart Pharmacy Stores is being owned by Natco Pharma Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Natco Pharma is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing finished dosage formulations (FDF) and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Its operating segments include active pharmaceuticals ingredient, finished dosage formulations, job works, pharmacy and others.
