Hindustan Media Ventures board to consider dividend

Hindustan Media Ventures has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2016 and to consider recommendation of dividend if any for financial year 2015-16 (subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting). In terms of the ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ of the Company, the Trading window will be closed from March 31, 2016 to May 27, 2016 for the above purpose.
