Suzlon Energy has informed the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 02, 2016 (which commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 2.00 p.m.), has approved the appointment of J.P.Chalasani as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company to act as Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from April 04, 2016. In this regard, the Company has issued a copy of Press Release dated April 02, 2016, titled ‘Suzlon Group appoints J.P. Chalasani as Group Chief Executive Officer’.
