Tanla Solutions has informed that the interim dividend for FY16 announced on March 16, 2016 at the rate of 20% of the paid-up-capital of the Company (Rs 0.20 per share of Re 1 each) with a record date of March 24, 2016. Dividend payments began on March 28, 2016 and all electronic payments have been completed, dividend warrants have also been dispatched to shareholders who haven’t received dividend through direct credit.
