Dewan Housing Finance Corporation to raise Rs 200 crore

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFC), one of the leading housing finance companies in India, has proposed to issue 2,000 Secured Non-Convertible Debentures with a face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 200 crore on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the company at its Annual General Meeting held on July 23, 2015.

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation is among the oldest private sector Housing Finance Companies (HFC) in India.
