Future Retail hikes stake in SFOL to 61.67%

Future Retail has made further investment in its subsidiary, Staples Future Office Products (SFOL), pursuant to the rights issue, which has resulted in increase of its total holding from 60% to 61.67% of the equity share capital of SFOL. SFOL is in B2B business of office stationery supplies & services under the brand name of ‘Staples’.
