Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) wholly owned subsidiary -- L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE) has received an onshore EPC contract valued over Rs 650 crore from Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals (GSFC). The contract is for setting up a 40,000 MTPA melamine plant in Vadodara.

Under the contract, LTHE will carry out extended basis engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, supply, transportation, storage, fabrication, inspection, construction, installation, testing, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the unit.
