Date: 21-03-2012Housing Development Finance Corporation has informed that the corporation on March 20, 2012, allotted 16,33,825 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / director.
Post the above allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 295,39,40,020 consisting of 147,69,70,010 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
