7Seas Entertainment, a game development and licensing company is likely to introduce games compatible with Android phones as the share of Android phones in the smart phone segment is going up and company sees growing demand for gaming content on these phones.
The company has launched 17 mobile games this financial year but all of them are ready for java phones. The company aims 50-60% increase in revenues for 2011-12 because of introduction of mobile games and increased contribution from game licensing.
Recently, 7Seas Entertainment has bagged two prestigious FICCI-BAF (Best of Animation Frames)-2012 awards - for its ‘Killer Instinct’ online game under the ‘Best Online Game’ category and ‘Alexia The Great’ under the ‘Best Mobile Game’ category. The FICCI-BAF award shows the company’s technological capabilities to the world besides increasing its responsibilities in creating more such quality online and mobile games for the international game lovers.
