Reliance Industrial Infrastructure has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 24, 2016 to May 26, 2016 for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 23, 2016. The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared by the Members at the Twenty-eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on June 23, 2016, will be paid or warrants thereof dispatched on June 24, 2016.
