BF Utilities informs about change in financial year

With reference to the earlier letter dated May 07, 2015, BF Utilities has now informed that the Company had stated vide above letter dated May 07, 2015 that the Company will align its Financial Year as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) within the stipulated time prescribed there under. This is to clarify that, the stipulated time for aligning the Financial Year, prescribed under the provisions of the Act is within a period of two years from the commencement of the Act, (i.e. up to March 31, 2016). Accordingly the Company will close its Financial Year for the broken period of October 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016, and will follow the uniform Financial Year of April to March thereafter.
