Bajaj Steel Industries informs about closure of trading window

Bajaj Steel Industries has informed that as per the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the Securities/Shares of the Company will be closed from April 15, 2016 up to the Date of Publication of Financial Results for the Quarter/Year ended March 31, 2016 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company. Accordingly, the Company has intimated all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
