TVS Motor Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2016, to consider and approve the annual audited financial results and the audited annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 (both standalone & consolidated). In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from April 21, 2016 to May 05, 2016 in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
