Tech Mahindra has informed that about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 16, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 53,060 equity shares of Rs 5 each of the Company to the applicants, as 14,700 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006, 16,668 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010,  2,692 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013, and 19,000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
