JSW Energy has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on April 27, 2016, to consider the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider and recommend to the Shareholders for payment of dividend on the Equity Share Capital of the Company. Keeping in view the provisions of ‘Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015’ and Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor & report trading by Insiders’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) till April 29, 2016.
