Spice Mobility’s arm incorporates ‘Spice VAS RDC’ in Congo

Spice Mobility’s step down subsidiary -- Spice VAS (Africa) has incorporated ‘Spice VAS RDC’, a 100% subsidiary in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Consequently, Spice VAS RDC has also become a step down subsidiary of the Company.

Spice Mobility is engaged in manufacturing of mobile phones. The company offers a wide range of mobile handsets catering to all segments -- low, medium, high-end.
