Uttam Sugar Mills has informed that in compliance of the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Financial Year (2015-16) of the Company shall consist of 9 months period starting from July 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016 and subsequent Financial Years of the Company will be from 1st April to 31st March, every year.
