Prithvi Softech has informed that the Company has set up a wholly owned subsidiary ‘Prithvi Finsec’ to carry on Non Banking Finance Business subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India. Necessary application is being made to obtain the NBFC license from Reserve Bank of India.
