With reference to the publication of financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 as taken on record at the Board Meeting held on April 22, 2016 and communicated to the exchanges on April 22, 2016 & along with the above, the Company had sent a Media Release, in this regard, Sasken Communication Technologies has now informed that there was an error in that document under the heading ‘Performance Snapshot for the Financial Year 2016 - it has been wrongly mentioned as Consolidated PAT for FY 15 at Rs 206.29 crore’. The same be read as ‘Consolidated PAT for FY 16 at Rs 206.29 crore’.
