Shakti Pumps India has informed that pursuant to the Listing Agreement and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s code of conduct the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 02, 2016 to May 11, 2016 in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 09, 2016 to consider conversion of Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares. All the designated directors, employees and connected persons are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during this period.
