The packs offer free incoming calls while allowing an Airtel subscriber to retain the phone number while travelling abroad.  The packs are available for USA, UK, Singapore, Thailand, and UAE.  Customers can activate the pack through the Airtel website, myAirtel app, USSD and Customer Contact Centers.
