Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2016, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016, and to consider all businesses that forms part of agenda papers. Further the trading window for dealing in securities of company by insiders covered under the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading would commence from April 28, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 10, 2016.
