Titan Company announces VRS for employees

Titan Company has announced a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) on April 28, 2016, for employees who have either completed 10 years of service or are above 40 years of age. This has been done with the objective of reducing head count in order to improve productivity in the company.

Titan Company is an Indian designer and manufacturer of watches, jewellery, precision engineering components and other accessories including sunglasses, wallets, bags and belts.
