R Systems International has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2016, has approved the appointment of Scruitnizer Sanjay Grover, Practising Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on June 13, 2016; and Grant of 150,000 stock options at price of Rs 12.07 per option (i.e. the price at which the options were granted earlier on July 11, 2007) under existing R Systems International Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 as recommended by the Compensation Committee.
