With reference to earlier letter dated February 12, 2016 regarding Book Closure, Nestle India has now informed about revised intimation of the Book Closure dates as the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 20, 2016 to May 21, 2016 for the purpose of Annual Closing; and dates for determining entitlement of the shareholders to the final dividend for 2015 and interim dividend for the year 2016, if any.
