Vani Commercials has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on May 20, 2016 to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year/Quarter ended March 31, 2016. For the above said purpose and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from the date of this notice till 48 hours after the results are made public on May 20, 2016.
