Next Mediaworks has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Officers and the Designated Employees of the Company from May 05, 2016 to May 15, 2016.
