Future Retail informs about change of name of company
Date: 05-05-2016Future Retail has informed that as provided in the Scheme of Arrangement between Future Retail and Bharti Retail and their respective shareholders and creditors, and as per change application submitted by the Company, Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has approved change of name of the Company to Future Enterprises Limited with effect from May 04, 2016.
