Blue Blends India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 14, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Further, the trading window in respect of the Company’s Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on May 06, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the submission of outcome of the Board Meeting to the Stock Exchanges.
