Century Enka informs about change in statutory auditors

Century Enka has informed that Price Waterhouse are the Statutory Auditors of the Company for more than 10 years. Pursuant to Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Statutory Auditors are required to be rotated periodically. The Board, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, in its meeting held on May 04, 2016, has recommended the appointment of Khimji Kunverji & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
