Lancor Holdings inks agreement for sale of 6.27 acres of land

Lancor Holdings has signed an agreement for sale in respect of 6.27 acres of land and executed sale deed in respect of 0.17 acres of land both situated at Vallancheri/Potheri villages for a total sale consideration of Rs 57.316 crore, and the said consideration has been received by the company.

Lancor Holdings is a professionally managed property development company, acquiring the business interest of erstwhile DBS Properties and is engaged principally in development of properties in Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
