Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company has informed that the Company is in receipt of applications from certain Promoter Group entities for re-classifying them as ‘Public’ as permitted under regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The aforesaid applications shall be put up for the approval/rejection of the Board at its ensuing meeting to be held on May 06, 2016.
