SKM Egg Products Export (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, to consider, approve and to take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from May 06, 2016 to May 27, 2016.
