Allsoft Corporation has informed that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider the Audited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2016. Further, Pursuant to this, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for Directors and Designated Employees of the Company since February 20, 2016 till 24 hours after the results are made public on May 27, 2016.
