Freshtrop Fruits has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, to consider, approve and publish the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 of the Company. Further as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from May 09, 2016 to May 28, 2016.
