With reference to the earlier letter dated May 07, 2016 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, wherein the Company has intimated to pass the postal ballot notice for change of Name and approval of Scheme of Amalgamation, Good Luck Steel Tubes has now informed that Inadvertently, due to typographical error, the copy of postal ballot notice and postal ballot form would be sent to Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members/List of beneficial owners as on May 06, 2016 has been wrongly intimated as on May 07, 2016. So, the copy of postal ballot notice and postal ballot form would be sent to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members/List of beneficial owners as on May 06, 2016.
