Coal India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Financial year ended March 31, 2016. Further, Pursuant to this, Company has decided to close ‘Trading Window’ under ‘Code Of Internal Procedures And Conduct For Prevention Of Insider Trading In Securities Of Coal India’ from May 20, 2016 to till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on May 28, 2016.
