Winsome Textile Industries has informed that the next meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, to consider & approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2016. In this regard, pursuant to Companies ‘Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015’ the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 10, 2016 up to 48 hours after the information is submitted to Stock Exchange on May 27, 2016.
