Gail (India) board to consider audited financial results

Gail (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2016, to consider the audited financial results for the quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2016 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for FY 2015-16, if any, subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Trading Window shall remain closed for the period May 18, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (Friday) for Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company.
