With reference to earlier letter dated May 05, 2016, Blue Blends India has now informed that the Board Meeting scheduled on May 14, 2016 has been defer and now the Board Meeting will be held on May 30, 2016 to consider the Approval of Audited annual accounts for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016 and Director’s and Auditor’s Report thereof; and Considering the declaration of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016. Further, the trading window in respect of the Company’s Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on May 06, 2016 till the closing hours on June 01, 2016.
