Mawana Sugars has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2016, to explore the possibility of business restructure through scheme of arrangement, and to explore the possibility of disposing of its operating unit located at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh to meet its obligation for discharge its liability towards farmers and lenders.
