Wheels India board to consider final dividend

Wheels India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, to consider the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016 as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Final Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016 will also be considered in this Board Meeting. Further, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares will be closed for Directors, Designated employees of the Company from May 11, 2016 to May 26, 2016 for considering financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016.
