UCO Bank informs about preferential allotment of equity shares

UCO Bank has informed that the Bank has issued and allotted 225,464,190 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash on May 10, 2016 at an issue price of Rs 41.47 per equity share including premium of Rs 31.47 per share determined in accordance with Regulation 76 (1) of SEBI ICDR Regulations 2009 on preferential basis to Government of India against its contribution of Rs 935 crore. The equity shares so allotted shall rank paripasu with existing equity shares of the Bank.
