Vertex Securities has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on May 21, 2016, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for the all the Directors and the Designated Persons from May 13, 2016 to May 23, 2016.
