Natco Pharma has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Year ended March 31, 2016. Further note that trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Promoters, Directors, Connected Persons, Insiders, Employees and their immediate relatives from May 16, 2016 to May 28, 2016. It will be opened from May 30, 2016.
