Enterprise International has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, to approve and take on record Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016. Further, the trading window shall remain closed for all the Directors / officers / Designated Employees of the company from May 27, 2016 to May 30, 2016 for the purpose of approval of Audited financial result for the year ended March 31, 2016.
