Auro Laboratories informs about results & closure of trading window

Auro Laboratories has informed that the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited standalone financial results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016. Further, the ‘Trading Window’ under SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from May 14, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till second trading day after the declaration of the results. Accordingly, the Trading Window will open on June 02, 2016.
