Arcee Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Year ended on March 31, 2016. Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company will remain closed from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016.
