Gujarat Borosil informs about closure of trading window

Gujarat Borosil has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 20, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. Further, under the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from May 14, 2016 to May 22, 2016. The trading window shall open on May 23, 2016.
